At The Slipcover, we want your furniture to look its best, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized covers in their original condition. If your new look isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, hair-free slipcover back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
